How fluticasone furoate + oxymetazoline works

This is a combination of two medicines. Fluticasone furoate inhibits an enzyme (cytosolic phospholipase A2) that triggers a series of reactions involved in the production of inflammatory mediators, such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes. Dilated blood vessels can cause nasal congestion. Oxymetazoline is a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages.;[].
