This is a combination of four medicines. Dimethicone helps to moisture the skin to prevent dryness, itchiness. Zinc Oxide provides nutrients to the skin. Calamine has mild astringent and antipruritic actions. It is an anti-itch medication that works by causing a cooling sensation as it evaporates on your skin. Cetrimide is an antiseptic which treats infection in the affected area and relieves irritation.
