This is a combination of three medicines: Dimethicone, Dill Oil and Fennel Oil. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas. Dill Oil and Fennel Oil are herbal medicines which help increase the movement of the stomach and intestines to push food through the digestive system. They also relieve muscle spasms in the gut.
