Dicyclomine + Magnesium Hydroxide + Chlordiazepoxide + Clidinium

This is a combination of three medicines: dicyclomine, magnesium hydroxide, chlordiazepoxide, and clidinium. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic. It works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions, thereby relieving cramps and pain. Magnesium hydroxide neutralizes gastric acid. Clidinium reduces the production of gastric acid and decreases bowel spasms. Chlordiazepoxide provides relief from anxiety by increasing the action of a chemical messenger (GABA) in the nervous system.
