How dicyclomine + clidinium + dimethicone + paracetamol works

This is a combination of four medicines: dicyclomine, clidinium, dimethicone and paracetamol. Dicyclomine and clidinium are antispasmodics which work by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). They stop sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, they relieve cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Dimethicone is as an anti-foaming agent. It breaks down the gas bubbles inside the stomach and allows easy passage of the gas. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain.
