How codeine + papaverine works

This is a combination of two medicines: Codeine and Papaverine. Codeine is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) that works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Papaverine is a vasodilator that relaxes the smooth muscles and widens the blood vessels for better blood supply. This is how it treats erectile dysfunction.
