How chlorocresol + clioquinol (iodochlorhydroxyquin) + clobetasol + gentamicin + ketoconazole works

This is a combination of different antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory medications. Chlorocresol helps prevent or reduce the growth of bacteria and fungi on the skin's surface. Clioquinol, on the other hand, is an antifungal and antibacterial agent that is effective against a wide range of fungal and bacterial species. In combination with chlorocresol, it provides broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity to combat infections. Clobetasol has strong anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive properties. It helps to reduce inflammation, redness, swelling, and itching associated with various skin conditions. Gentamicin targets and inhibits protein synthesis in certain bacteria. Ketoconazole causes holes to appear in the fungus's cell membrane and their contents to leak out. This kills the fungus and treats the infection.
