Calcium+Calcitriol+Zinc+Ibandronic Acid is used in the treatment of osteoporosis.

How calcium + calcitriol + zinc + ibandronic acid works

This is a combination of four medicines: Calcium, Calcitriol, Zinc and Ibandronic Acid which treat osteoporosis. Calcium is a form of vitamin D which helps your body effectively absorb Calcitriol and additionally supports the muscles needed to avoid falls. Calcitriol and Zinc are minerals which help build and maintain bones. Ibandronic Acid is a bisphosphonate which works by suppressing the activity of osteoclasts, cells that cause destruction of bone. This strengthens the bone and minimizes the risk of fractures.

Common side effects of calcium + calcitriol + zinc + ibandronic acid

Headache, Musculoskeletal (bone, muscle or joint) pain, Back pain, Indigestion, Heartburn, Diarrhea
