How atorvastatin + methylcobalamin + vitamin b6 (pyridoxine) + folic acid works

This is a combination of five medicines: Atorvastatin, Methylcobalamin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) and Folic Acid. Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medicine which works by blocking an enzyme (HMG-CoA-reductase) that is required to make cholesterol. It thus lowers "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises "good" cholesterol (HDL). Methylcobalamin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) and Folic Acid provide essential nutrients.
