Ambrisentan+Tadalafil is used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).

How ambrisentan + tadalafil works

This is a combination of two medicines: Ambrisentan and Tadalafil which treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs).

Indigestion, Headache, Cough, Nasal congestion (stuffy nose), Peripheral edema, Anemia (low number of red blood cells), Bronchitis (inflammation of the airways)

  • Take it at same time every day to maintain the consistent level of drug in the body.
  • Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.
  • Your doctor may ask you to get routine blood tests done to check for anemia and to assess the functioning of your liver.
  • Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how Ambrisentan + Tadalafil affects you.
  • Females with reproductive potential should use a reliable form of birth control while using and 1 month after stopping medicine as it is toxic to an unborn baby.
  • Notify your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding.
