How adrenaline + sodium metabisulphite works

This is a combination of two medicines: Adrenaline and Sodium Metabisulphite. Adrenaline is an alpha- and beta-adrenergic agonist. It relaxes the muscles of the eyes and dilates the pupils for a clear view during eye surgeries. Sodium Metabisulphite is an antioxidant that increases the stability of Adrenaline and prevents any color formation in the injection.
