How tranesma gel works
Tranesma 3% Gel is a procoagulant agent. In the presence of UV light, plasminogen (enzyme) induces the production of melanin (pigment) to cause pigmentation and dark spots in the skin. It inhibits the activation of plasminogen, thus lead to a decrease in the production of melanin. This is how it works to treat melasma and hyperpigmentation of the skin.
