In patients with any kidney impairment, the dose is reduced by the doctor. Patients who are unable to swallow the capsules can open the capsule and sprinkle the powder on a tablespoon of apple sauce. Consume this mixture immediately within 5 minutes without chewing and drink a glass of cool water immediately afterwards.
