How respizen nasal spray works

Respizen Nasal Spray is a steroid. It gets absorbed into the cells of the inner surface of the nose and works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers that cause inflammation (swelling) and allergies. This relieves blocked or runny nose, sneezing and sinus discomfort, and other symptoms caused by nasal congestion and nasal polyps.

  • Do not use Mometasone on deep skin wounds, blistered skin, severe burns, or large skin areas.
  • Apply to the skin only. Avoid sensitive areas such as your eyes, mouth/nose, and the vaginal/groin area.
  • After applying Mometasone, remember to wash your hands (unless your hands are the treated area).
  • If you are allergic to any ingredients in Mometasone, do not use the product. If you are not sure, please consult a dermatologist.
  • Do not bathe immediately after applying Mometasone. Leave it for at least two hours after application.
  • If applying this product to the feet, cover your feet with socks for the best results.
