Dapagliflozin is an antidiabetic medication. It works by removing excess sugar from your body through urine.

Genital fungal infection, Nausea, Nasopharyngitis (inflammation of the throat and nasal passages), Urinary tract infection, Polyuria, Increased appetite, Vomiting, Constipation, Upper respiratory tract infection, Postural hypotension (low blood pressure), Fainting, Diabetic ketoacidosis, Fournier's gangrene, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping)
Linagliptin(5mg)

Uses

Linagliptin is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is used along with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes.

How it works

Linagliptin is an antidiabetic medication. It works by increasing the release of insulin from the pancreas and decreasing the hormones that raise blood sugar levels. This reduces the fasting and postmeal sugar levels.

Linagliptin is used in patients whose blood sugar levels cannot be adequately controlled with one oral anti-diabetic medicine. It should be taken along with a balanced diet combined with exercise. Linagliptin may be used together with other anti-diabetic medicines such as metformin, sulphonylureas (e.g. glimepiride, glipizide), empagliflozin, or insulin.
Q. When should I take Linagliptin? What if I miss a dose?
Linagliptin can be taken with or without food at any time of the day. If a dose is missed, it should be taken as soon as the patient remembers. A double dose should not be taken on the same day.
