Expert advice FOR Kidpred Syrup

  • Prefer giving Prednisolone with food as an empty stomach can trigger acidity and gastric reflux.
  • Do not give this medicine more often or for longer than advised by your doctor.
  • Your child may be more likely to get new infections. Also, in some cases, old infections may become active. Tell your child’s doctor if you see any signs of an infection such as fever, cough, vomiting, or diarrhea.
  • Delay vaccination while your child is taking Prednisolone as it may not work well. As soon as your child feels better, the vaccine can be given after consulting a doctor.
