Jakauto gel uses

How jakauto gel works

Jakauto 2% Gel suppresses overactive immune system by inhibiting certain enzymes called Janus kinases (JAKs). Thus, Jakauto 2% Gel blocks the production of pro-inflammatory substances (including cytokines) that contribute to the development of inflammation and other symptoms of atopic dermatitis. When used for androgenetic alopecia, Jakauto 2% Gel prevents destruction of hair follicles by overactive immune system. Applying Jakauto 2% Gel helps in hair regrowth in areas affected by androgenetic alopecia.

Expert advice FOR Jakauto Gel

  • Apply Tofacitinib to the affected areas as a thin film two or three times daily, or as advised by your doctor.
  • Do not apply to large areas of skin or near sensitive areas such as private parts or on broken or injured skin.
  • Remember to wash your hands after applying Tofacitinib, unless this is the area being treated.
  • Avoid direct contact with the eyes, mouth, nose and rinse thoroughly in case of accidental contact or seek medical help in case of swallowing.
  • Do not cover the area being treated with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor, as this may increase the risk of side effects.
  • Use a mild moisturizer regularly to overcome the skin dryness during the course of treatment in case of atopic dermatitis.
