- Mebeverine relieves symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome such as abdominal pain and cramps, bloating, flatulence and diarrhea alternating with constipation.
- Take it 20 minutes before a meal to relieve or reduce post meal symptoms.
- Talk to your doctor if your symptoms do not get better within two weeks of taking Mebeverine, or get worse at any time.
- Stop taking Mebeverine and consult a doctor if you experience difficulty in breathing or swelling of face, neck, tongue or throat.
- Do not stop taking the tablets without talking to your doctor, even if you feel better.

Ibcure SR Capsule mainly acts on the smooth muscles of the intestine. Hence, it is used to relieve cramps or spasms of the stomach and intestines (gut). It is particularly useful in treating irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and similar conditions. It is not known whether it can be used for period pain
Q. Can I take Ibcure SR Capsule with buscopan?
Buscopan contains butylscopolamine which is also an antispasmodic like Ibcure SR Capsule. Taking Ibcure SR Capsule and buscopan together will provide added effect, but can cause additive side-effects. Consult your doctor before taking Ibcure SR Capsule and buscopan together
