Hyocimax-S Injection 1ml is an anti-muscarinic. It works by decreasing the stomach secretions such as mucus and acids to relax the gut muscles. By doing this, it relieves abdominal cramps and pain.

Before taking Hyoscyamine, inform your doctor if you have urination problems, an enlarged prostate, a stomach or bowel obstruction (including paralytic ileus), GERD, or severe ulcerative colitis.
Avoid taking antacids at the same time you take Hyoscyamine. Antacids can make it harder for your body to absorb Hyoscyamine. If you use an antacid, take it after 2 hours of taking Hyoscyamine.
Avoid becoming overheated or dehydrated during exercise and in hot weather. Hyoscyamine can decrease sweating and you may be more prone to heatstroke.
