Denoci injection uses

How denoci injection works

Denoci 60 Injection is a monoclonal antibody. It binds to a protein that causes bone loss, thereby strengthening the bone and minimizing the risk of fractures.

No, pregnant women should not take Denoci 60 Injection. You must use an effective method of birth control during and for at least 5 months after the last dose of Denoci 60 Injection if you can become pregnant.

Denoci 60 Injection should be stored in a refrigerator at 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C) in the original carton. Warm temperatures can make it ineffective, and therefore proper storage is necessary. When you remove it from the refrigerator, keep it at room temperature [up to 77°F (25°C)] in the original carton and use it within 14 days.

Contact your doctor and dentist immediately if you experience any problems with your mouth or teeth such as loose teeth, discharge, pain or swelling, or non-healing of sores. These could be signs of osteonecrosis of jaw.
