Busulmax 60 Injection is an anti-cancer medication. It works by damaging the genetic material (DNA and RNA) of the cancer cells. This stops their growth and multiplication.

Decreased blood cells (red cells, white cells, and platelets), Nausea, Abdominal pain, Vomiting, Loss of appetite, Anxiety, Decreased magnesium level in blood, Decreased potassium level in blood, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Increased glucose level in blood, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Stomatitis (Inflammation of the mouth)
