Its use should be avoided by patients who have kidney stones or have severe kidney problems. Therefore, consult your doctor before taking Arachitol 6L Injection.
Q. What happens if I take too much Arachitol 6L Injection?
Taking too much Arachitol 6L Injection for a long period of time may increase the levels of calcium in the blood (hypercalcemia). This may cause weakness, fatigue, vomiting, diarrhea, sluggishness, kidney stones, increased blood pressure and growth retardation in children. If you experience any such symptoms consult your doctor.

Arachitol 6L Injection is a form of vitamin D which is used as a supplement in patients with vitamin D deficiency. The daily requirement of Vitamin D3 is 4000 IU/day. Since your diet may not be able to meet the daily requirement of Vitamin D3, therefore you may need 1000 - 3000 IU/day of supplements of Vitamin D3.
Q. What happens if Vitamin D3 is low?
Low levels of Vitamin D3 may cause rickets in children and osteomalacia in adults. Vitamin D deficiency may also increase the risk of diabetes mellitus 1, high blood pressure, depression, some cancers and osteoporosis.
