Diseases of respiratory tract

Diseases of the respiratory tract are illnesses that affect the parts of the respiratory system that are involved with the process of breathing (nasal passages, bronchi and lungs). Respiratory tract disorders can be acute or chronic. Some of the diseases of respiratory tract are common cold, rhinitis, whooping cough, obstructive lung disease, bronchitis, asthma, pneumonia, laryngitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, cystic fibrosis, etc.
