Baidyanath (Nagpur) Chyawan-Fit Chyawanprash Sugar Free is prepared using a combination of 35 herbs. It is enriched with the goodness of amla, which is one of the highest sources of vitamin C. This chawanprash, when taken regularly, can help nourish, rejuvenate, and strengthen the body. It also helps prevent infections, cough, and cold. It contains FOS (FructoOligosachharides), a natural sweetener and is suitable for calorie-conscious and individuals who have health ailments and may have to restrict the use of sugar in their diet. FOS are subtly sweet and low-calorie. They are non-digestible and do not have any effect on blood glucose levels. It protects against unhealthy bacteria. It is a good source of fibre and helps reduce constipation.
